Shipping & Returns Policy

At Dope Freshies, we want every order to arrive fresh, safe, and ready to bring the vibes! Please review our shipping and returns policy before placing your order.

Shipping

Dope Freshies offers free shipping on all orders of $25 or more.

Orders under $25 will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or the shipping carrier’s delivery time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Dope Freshies is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully package our Drips, Sprays, and Candles to help ensure they arrive safely.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, product packaging, and shipping box.

Once your request has been reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution. Please keep the damaged product and packaging until your request has been resolved.

Returns

Once a product has been opened, we cannot accept a return.

Any unopened merchandise may be returned within 10 days of receiving the order. Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

To qualify for a return:

• Drips and Sprays must be unopened, unused, and properly sealed.

• Candles must be unlit, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Products must include all original packaging, seals, labels, and accessories.

• Items must show no signs of use, damage, alteration, leaking, spraying, pouring, testing, or burning.

Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to the personal-use nature of our fragrance products.

Return Shipping

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Dope Freshies does not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item approved by our customer service team.

Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking information until your return has been received and processed. Dope Freshies is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during shipment.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can confirm that the product is eligible and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within approximately 2 business days. After the refund is issued, it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your card or bank statement, depending on your bank or financial institution.

Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened or used products

• Sale or clearance items

• Promotional items

• Gift cards

• Products marked “Final Sale”

• Products damaged after delivery

• Items returned more than 10 days after delivery

Scent Preferences

Fragrance preferences are personal, and scents may smell different to each customer. Please carefully review the product description and fragrance notes before purchasing.

Disliking a scent does not qualify an opened or used product for a return. A product must remain unopened and unused to be eligible for a return.
