We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, fragrance information, colors, packaging, and photographs as accurately as possible. However, colors and product appearances may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or updates to our packaging.

Some Dope Freshies fragrances may be inspired by well-known scent profiles. Dope Freshies is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any designer fragrance, hotel, retailer, or other third-party brand unless clearly stated.

Fragrance preferences are personal, and we cannot guarantee that every customer will experience or enjoy a scent in the same way.

We reserve the right to update, discontinue, limit, or change our products at any time without prior notice.

3. Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for reading and following all directions, warnings, and care instructions included with each product.

Our products must be used only for their intended purposes. Keep scented oils, sprays, candles, packaging, and small accessories away from children and pets.

Do not swallow or directly ingest any Dope Freshies product. Avoid direct contact with the eyes, skin, clothing, furniture, vehicle surfaces, dashboards, plastics, painted surfaces, or other materials unless the product directions specifically state that such use is safe.

Fragrance oils and liquids may damage or discolor certain surfaces if spilled, leaked, or used incorrectly. Customers are responsible for properly securing, storing, and using their products.

Candles should never be left burning unattended. Keep burning candles away from children, pets, drafts, flammable objects, and anything that could catch fire. Follow all instructions printed on the candle label or packaging.

Stop using a product immediately if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs. Seek appropriate medical attention when necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dope Freshies is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, spills, leaks, unattended candles, or use of a product for an unintended purpose.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change at any time without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except when an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment-processing providers to charge the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
• Incorrect pricing or product information;
• Payment authorization problems;
• Shipping restrictions;
• Unusually large quantities; or

When an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method as appropriate.

We may limit the quantity of products purchased by one person, household, account, payment method, or shipping address.

6. Shipping

We currently offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $25 or more, calculated according to the merchandise subtotal and any conditions displayed during checkout.

Shipping rates for orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be displayed during checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of eligible, unopened merchandise when the return request is made within 10 days of delivery.

Because our products are personal fragrance products, we cannot accept a return after a product has been opened, used, tested, sprayed, burned, unsealed, or otherwise altered from its original condition.

To qualify for a return, the merchandise must be:

• Unopened and unused;
• In its original condition;
• In its original packaging;
• Accompanied by proof of purchase; and
• Returned according to the instructions provided by our customer-service team.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the product was incorrect, damaged, or defective when received.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from an error made by Dope Freshies.

Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process and post an approved refund.

Items marked as final sale, personalized merchandise, gift cards, and products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, contact us at info@dopefreshies.com within 3 days of delivery. Include:

• A description of the issue;
• Photographs of the product;
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label; and
• Any other information reasonably requested.

Do not discard the product or packaging until we have reviewed the issue.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution. A specific resolution is not guaranteed until the claim has been reviewed.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the terms displayed with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discounts cannot be combined;
• Discount codes have no cash value;
• Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases;
• Promotions may exclude certain products;
• Promotions may be changed or ended at any time; and
• Discounts obtained through misuse, duplication, or unauthorized distribution may be canceled.

10. Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used only for eligible purchases from Dope Freshies. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except when required by law.

Customers are responsible for protecting their gift-card information. We are not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without permission unless required by applicable law.
